Statement of purpose
Goa is very popular among the tourist for its beaches serene view, nightlife and booze but it has more to it than just that. In this project I aim to make the tourist and people aware about the authentic goan food and the culture of goa. The goan food has an interesting amalgamation of the portuguese and the Indian style of cooking which not many people are aware about.

GOAN CUISINE

Seafood, coconut milk, rice, and local spices are main ingredients of Goan cuisine.

Use of kokum is another distinct feature Goan dishes also distinguish themselves by not using tomato in their sauces, unlike other regions of South Asia. .

In addition, grated coconut is used to garnish many dishes and desserts, whereas, in other parts of South Asia, the garnishing would be done using primarily coriander.
The logo
The logo is minimal with a frying pan and fish to give the goan vibe.
